City Offices, Municipal Court & City Parks Closed Tuesday, January 9, Due to Inclement Weather

City offices and parks will be closed to the public on Tuesday, January 9, due to inclement weather. The Municipal Court Docket for Tuesday, January 9 has been canceled, and cases will be rescheduled to Tuesday, February 13.

City staff will continue to serve the community virtually, via phone, email, and online platforms on Tuesday, January 9. Public Works and Police staff will continue to perform normal operations.

The City of Kearney urges residents to avoid travel, if possible, and move vehicles off all streets during the duration of the storm. Vehicles parked on streets impede plowing efforts and can slow emergency response vehicles.
