TRASH SERVICE ONE DAY LATE: Republic Services drivers and staff will be celebrating Memorial Day with their families; therefore, the following holiday schedule will be in effect for residential routes. CCPHC PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY ORDER - Released May 27, 2020 by Gary E. Zaborac, Director of Public Health for the Clay County Public Health Center and Health Officer for the County of Clay. The Public Health Emergency Order Amended 04292020 dated April 29th, 2020, is hereby amended and is set to begin 12:01 A.M., June 1st, 2020 and set to expire on 11:59 P.M., Tuesday, June 30, 2020., unless and until it is extended, rescinded, superseded, or amended in writing.

Skate Parks, Pickle Ball Courts, and Basketball Courts will reopen May 4th.

 Municipal Court Overview

The Municipal Court of the City of Kearney is a subdivision of the 7th Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Missouri, and acts as the Court of original jurisdiction in all cases involving violations against the ordinances of the City of Kearney, Missouri.

Municipal Court Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Payments: Payments may be made in person by cash, check, money orders, cashiers checks or debit/credit cards and there is a 2.5% processing fee when using a debit/credit card.

Payment can also be made online at www.TrafficPayment.com. Additional service fees will be service fees charged by TrafficPayment.com. You may not pay warrants or past due tickets online. Online payment service is available 24/7.

Traffic Citations, Continuances and Warrants: The Traffic/Summons Docket is at 6:30 p.m. You must appear on the date listed on your summons. Failure to appear on your court date or pay a fine as ordered may result in a warrant being issued for your arrest and your driver's license being suspended by the Department of Motor Vehicles.
